Over the years, interventions by bodies that are specialised in the protection of victims of human trafficking have intensified their reporting of cases and assistance. They have experimented through the diversification of interventions, with the aim of promoting adequate protection for all those who, merging with the many migrants now living in the area, remain quiet about being victims of abuse and violence and are characterised by a particular vulnerability. With the objective of offering similar services to the most vulnerable category of migrants, especially women and minors living in the area who are at risk of becoming victims of exploitation, the “SPRAR VALDINIEVOLE” service has activated a sector with a specific facility that houses “women in particularly vulnerable situations”, establishing itself as an integral part of the service network in dealing with the needs and problems of this particular type of service user.
